Robert Pereira
Chief Executive Officer
As the founder of ARC Multifamily Group, Robert is a real estate industry veteran with over 2 decades of investing and operating experience. In addition to this experience, Robert has personally managed over $120M of construction and over $450M of value-add real estate projects since 2008. Robert has lead ARC Multifamily to acquire over 2,000 units in the Southeast US. He earned an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA in Real Estate & Finance. Robert currently serves on the Advisory Board of the UCI Paul Merage School of Business’ Center for Real Estate.
Amy Montes
President
Amy leads Axia Residential with a clear vision—to deliver operational excellence, long-term investor value, and a culture where people thrive. A licensed attorney with 17 years of experience, she brings legal precision, financial discipline, and negotiation expertise. Her leadership centers on maximizing NOI, reducing expenses with intention, and creating a resident-first experience, while fostering a workplace that empowers talent and drives scalable results.
Mike Brewer

With three decades of experience in multifamily operations, Mike is passionate about fostering productive environments emphasizing data-driven decision-making and streamlined workflows. His expertise spans leadership, customer service, negotiation, marketing and advertising, social media, talent development, coaching, and mentoring. Guided by a commitment to excellence and innovation, Mike consistently delivers top-tier performance and drives profitable business outcomes.
Bryan Gershkowitz
Chief Administrative Officer
With a strong legal background and broad operational expertise, Bryan drives institutional excellence across ARC’s legal, HR, tax, compliance, IT, and risk functions. Passionate about building scalable systems and cross-functional alignment, he plays a key role in shaping investment and capital strategies, guiding transactions, investor reporting and governance. Bryan’s disciplined, forward-thinking leadership ensures ARC delivers transparent, consistent, and high-performing results aligned with investor success.
Tim Crisman
Director of Investments
Tim brings over 15 years of multifamily acquisitions and asset management experience to ARC Multifamily Group. Based in Atlanta, he leads ARC’s acquisitions strategy with a focus on sourcing, underwriting, and executing value-add opportunities across the Southeast. With a strong background in market analysis, operations, and business plan execution, Tim ensures each acquisition is aligned with ARC’s performance targets and investor return goals. He holds a degree in Real Estate from Austin Peay State University.
Natalie Vera
Performance and Product
Natalie brings nearly a decade of property management experience to ARC, with a strong foundation in on-site operations, team support, and hands-on involvement in value-add initiatives, CapEx projects, and unit turns. Her people-first approach, shaped by real on-site experience, drives her commitment to empowering site teams and enhancing the overall resident experience.
Chris Berry
Director of Operations
Chris brings over two decades of multifamily experience and leads operations across all ARC-owned and third-party properties, with a focus on lease-ups, performance turnarounds, stabilized asset growth, and resident satisfaction. He drives occupancy, NOI, and operational efficiency through hands-on leadership, strong vendor partnerships, and standardized systems. Chris builds and mentors high-performing on-site teams and ensures every asset is managed with accountability, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making—all with a focus on long-term value creation.

People: Talent and Investment Relations
Fulfilling a core-value of being people-centered at Axia, Mary oversees the experiences for both internal and external customers - our associates and investors. With this approach, our associates create experiences for residents at each community to drive retention and reputation.

Passionate about fostering positive tenant experiences, Kristal has introduced various community-building initiatives that have significantly boosted tenant satisfaction scores across her portfolios. She analyzes financial data, pinpoints key performance indicators, and crafts strategic plans to enhance property revenue and profitability. Her ability to juggle multiple projects, cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, onsite teams and tackle complex challenges has established her as a highly valued asset within her organization.
